Catching up!

So I found some pictures on our phones that I had to blog about. So here they are:

Before school started, we got Ridge a helmet since he would be riding with Cambree to school. He was so excited about his helmet he wouldn't take it off. He looked so cute with it on. Notice the foot pose yet again haha.

 We made a very quick trip to the valley for cousin Bubba's wedding reception. It was fun to do some more dancing with the family.

 I just have to say, I have an amazing husband. He doesn't like to dance at all, but for his girls he will and he actually enjoys it. It was neat for me to see those special moments.

 Here's some damage pictures from the bad rain storm we got. As you can see, it washed away all the dirt down to the pipes next to the stairs.

 My mom got the kids their costumes for me at Costco and so the kids HAD to try them on.

Backyard!!

Well we finally planted grass. Unfortunately we had a terrible storm that washed out our first set of grass. As of this last week we are finally starting to see grass coming up. Hopefully I'll be able to take a picture soon of that progress. Exciting to see our backyard coming together. Curtis has worked so hard on this grass.

First Day of school 2013

This year we had two going to school. It was such a fun experience. Ridge was like a kid on Christmas Eve. He was anxious to go to bed and couldn't wait for the next day. The next morning I woke them up early but they both literally jumped out of bed and the first sound of their door opening. They got ready so fast and were mad they couldn't go at 7 in the morning. So cute. I was very excited for my kiddos. I was so excited about Ridge's Teacher and his class. His teacher is our old friend Ruth Vining and his class has so many relatives and friends. He only didn't know 2 kids in his class. Very unusual for a Kindergarten class. Cambree got Ms. James. I don't know her. We'll see how it goes. He at least has several friends in her class that she knows which helps.

 At home it was so weird. Very weird to have only 2 at home. Its hard to entertain them. But it will get better. Thankfully 3 days a week we have preschool all day which helps. Their first lunch with the kids gone Brecklynn packed her lunch too and she LOVED it.

 It's weird for me to think that Brecklynn goes to kindergarten next year. Last year with her home.

Ridge started football yesterday so we'll be posting that soon. And Brecklnn and Cambree are in gymnastics. So its a fun busy time around here.
